
- Sourdough or any other bread of your choice
- Vinis Hummus
- Sliced Onions – 1 med size
- Grated Carrot – 1 medium size
- Microgreens of your choice
- Cucumber sliced – 1 medium size
- Lemon – 1

Slice the bread and toast it.

Put a layer of Vinis hummus.

Put a layer of cucumber, top it with grated carrot, microgreens and sliced onions.

Squeeze few drops of lemon juice on top and your high protein open sandwich is ready !
