Creamy Tomato And Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
  • Vini’s Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce – 350 gm
  • Handful of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • Penne Pasta – 300 gm
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Parmessan cheese to garnish (optional)
Directions
  1. 1.

    Boil the pasta to al Dante. Drain. Reserve little water.

  2. 2.

    Take a pan and add butter to it. As it melts add chopped spinach and saute.

  3. 3.

    Add Vini’s creamy tomato Sauce and drained pasta.

  4. 4.

    Add a tablespoon of reserved water and mix well. Simmer for few minutes till its piping hot.

  5. 5.

    Serve and garnish with Parmessan cheese.
