
- Vini’s Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce – 350 gm
- Handful of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- Penne Pasta – 300 gm
- Butter – 2 tsp
- Parmessan cheese to garnish (optional)

Boil the pasta to al Dante. Drain. Reserve little water.

Take a pan and add butter to it. As it melts add chopped spinach and saute.

Add Vini’s creamy tomato Sauce and drained pasta.

Add a tablespoon of reserved water and mix well. Simmer for few minutes till its piping hot.

Serve and garnish with Parmessan cheese.
