A smooth dip made from mashed chickpeas, fresh homemade tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Hummus can be an excellent healthy snack used as a dip with whole-wheat pita bread,crackers, fresh veggies or as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
